All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation or order verification.

Processing on Holidays / Weekends

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working business day. Processing times may be extended during festive seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Most orders are delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional transit time depending on courier availability.

7. Undelivered Orders

COD Refusal Policy

Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) orders after dispatch may have their COD facility restricted or removed for future purchases.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact number is provided, and the order is returned to us by the courier partner, re-shipping charges may apply where applicable.

International Shipping Availability

International shipping is not available at this time.


9. Force Majeure

Adil’s U-N-U Fashion shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, internet failures, or other unforeseen events.
