1. Returns & Replacements

Return Eligibility Conditions

Returns are accepted only if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product different from your order

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted.

Replacement Conditions

Eligible products will be replaced after verification of the reported issue by our support team.

Time Window to Report Issue

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required

To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Order details

Return Pickup Method

If the return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged where service is available. If pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product using instructions provided by our support team.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund Allowed When

Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • The order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • The return request is approved and a replacement cannot be arranged.

Refund Not Allowed When

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
  • Refusal to accept a COD order after dispatch.
  • Return requests submitted after the 48-hour reporting window.
  • Products found to be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. COD Advance Policy

COD Advance Amount

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a small advance payment, which is displayed during checkout.

Refund Rule for Advance

The advance payment will be refunded only if:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by Adil’s U-N-U Fashion.

Conditions When Advance Becomes Non-Refundable

The COD advance amount becomes non-refundable if:

  • The customer refuses delivery after dispatch.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer results in order failure.
  • The customer is unavailable to receive the shipment after repeated delivery attempts.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may also result in future COD restrictions.


4. Refund Timeline

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful verification and approval.

Refund Payment Method

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during purchase. For COD orders, eligible refunds are processed through an appropriate bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.


5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Allowed Before Dispatch

Yes. Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping.

Cancellation Method

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team through email or phone before dispatch. Cancellation requests received after dispatch may not be accepted.
